Who we are
This site is run by Naé, tattoo artist working under the name Naé__tattoo, in Montréal and Boisbriand (Québec). The person responsible for the protection of personal information is Naé, who can be reached at contact@naetattoo.com.
What information we collect
Only what you provide through the booking forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the chosen flash or the description of your project (placement, size, style, availability), the reference images you attach, and the date of your appointment. We also record the date of your consent.
As with any website, our hosting provider automatically keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security purposes.
Why we use it
Solely to handle your request: reply to you, schedule your appointment, send confirmations and reminders by email, and keep track of your session. Your information is never sold, rented or used for advertising, and you will not receive a newsletter.
Who can access it
Only Naé, through a password-protected administration area. The site and its data are hosted in Canada (Montréal) by our hosting provider, which stores them on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Requests that are completed, declined or cancelled are automatically deleted 24 months after their last update, along with the attached images. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access your information, correct it, withdraw your consent or have it deleted by writing to contact@naetattoo.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising, tracking or audience-measurement cookies, and loads no third-party content (fonts and images are hosted on our own server; Instagram is only a link).
Only strictly necessary cookies are used:
- nae_sess — set only on the booking page and in the administration area. It protects forms against fraudulent submissions and keeps the administrator signed in. It contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser.
- nae_keep — administration area only, set only if the administrator chooses to stay signed in on her device (30 days). Visitors never receive it.
Because these cookies are essential for the site to work, they do not require your consent. Your browser also remembers locally (localStorage, not a cookie) that you have dismissed the information banner; nothing is sent to us.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking forms will then no longer work.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
